2025 Soilcraft Educational Conference Registration

These Terms of Service govern your registration and participation in the 6th Annual Soilcraft Regenerative Agriculture Conference (the "Conference"). By registering for and attending the Conference, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your registration.

1. Registration and Payment:

1.1. Registration: To attend the Conference, you must complete the registration form provided by Soilcraft. Accurate and complete information is required.

1.2. Payment: The registration fee for the Conference is $400.00. Payment is processed through Square, a third-party payment app. By submitting your payment through Square, you agree to Square's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which can be found on their website.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

2.1. Cancellations: There are no cash refunds for cancellations, but If you wish to cancel your registration, notify Soilcraft and your registration fee will be added as a credit on your acct. for future purchases at Soilcraft.

2.2. No-Shows: Failure to attend the Conference without prior notice will not result in a refund.

3. Conference Content:

3.1. Agenda Changes: Soilcraft reserves the right to make changes to the Conference agenda, including speakers, sessions, and topics, without prior notice.

3.2. Recording and Photography: By attending the Conference, you consent to being recorded or photographed. Soilcraft may use these recordings or photographs for promotional purposes.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1. Respectful Behavior: All Conference attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Liability and Disclaimer:

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Attendees understand and acknowledge that their participation in the Conference may involve certain risks. Soilcraft is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Conference.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State.

6.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Washington State.

7. Changes to Terms of Service:

7.1. Amendments: Soilcraft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes via email or through the Soilcraft website.

By registering for the 5th Annual Soilcraft Regenerative Agriculture Conference and completing the payment through Square, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
